A boneless, thicker cut of the bacon. Take your weekend fry up up a notch or enjoy as a tasty alternative to a normal pork chop, with creamy mashed potatoes and greens. This is a good old fashioned cut of pork, and not one you can buy in many shops. Our bacon is dry cured by hand, using our own hand-mixed recipe. We keep the amount of curing salts used to an absolute minimum, mixing in an amount of brown sugar, which acts as a natural preservative.

Cooking Instructions

A boneless, thicker cut of the bacon. Take your weekend fry up up a notch or enjoy as a tasty alternative to a normal pork chop with creamy mashed potatoes and greens.

Heat a pan over a high heat and hold the chops fat-side down in the pan, applying a little pressure to render the fat. You can then turn the heat down and sear until cooked; 5-6 minutes should be plenty of time.

Storage Advice

Please remove all paper wrapping from your meat and place it on a plate in the fridge away from cooked items. This allows air to circulate around it properly, helping to prolong shelf life.

Shelf life: 2-3 days. On arrival please see the labels for use by dates.

Vacuum-packed meat can be put straight in the fridge and has a longer shelf life.
