Our Steak & Wine classes at Borough Market have fast become a firm favourite, and now you can bring the experience home. It’s the same idea, only this time in your own kitchen: great beef, a proper bottle of red and the kind of plate that makes any night feel like an occasion.

Inside the box you’ll find a selection of our most popular steaks, a bottle of our Lirac chosen for us by Thorman Hunt as the perfect partner to a sizzling steak, Koffmann chips and our signature Horseradish Sauce and Smoked Sea Salt to finish the plate. Lirac is Châteauneuf-du-Pape’s lesser-known neighbour, with all the Southern Rhône warmth and depth you want alongside a seared steak, and none of the fuss. The chips are the Koffmann way, golden, crisp and made for dipping in the juices. 

Essential to the experience, of course, is learning from our Master Butchers. Scan the QR code in the box and Benny, our resident meat maestro, will talk you through cooking and enjoying every steak, from getting the pan hot to knowing when to rest the meat. This box is ideal for 2 people.
