A proper, sturdy piccalilli made with crunchy veg and plenty of Mustard. Bold, balanced and feisty, a traditional hot pickle for cold meat pies, English-style ham and tender, hot smoked salmon.
Its origins are a British take on a hot Indian-style pickle, so you may even want to try it in place of lime pickle with a curry.
