Giant Traditional Sausage Roll
Our famous Borough Market sausage roll… only bigger. The giant sausage roll measures exactly one foot long, weighing in at just under a kilo.
Each one is generously filled and every component is made entirely from scratch by our wonderful team of butchers and pastry chefs. First our butchers make the sausage meat, trimming and mincing a blend of pork belly and shoulder, which is then seasoned with our traditional blend of herbs and spices. Then, the sausage meat is encased in our flaky all-butter puff pastry made from scratch by our bakers every morning in our Bermondsey kitchen, who form and crimp each roll by hand.
These make a wonderful treat for any occasion, be it a birthday, moving home or reminiscing on the taste of Borough Market with your beau. Best enjoyed hot, our sausage rolls are delivered fresh and ready to cook at home.

Please note: All sausage rolls are sold individually.

Cook from Raw: Egg wash the pastry before popping into a preheated oven at 175C Fan for 35 to 45 mins. The core temperature should be at 75C when they are done cooking.
Reheat: Our sausage rolls can be heated up by popping in the oven at 165C Fan, cover with foil if getting dark, for approximately 30 minutes or simply eaten cold.
