Borough Market is the London home of The Ginger Pig. Tim was asked to join the relaunch of the market in the 1990s and the rest is history. It all started with one man on a butcher’s block with a chopper, preparing chops and roasts by day and sleeping in his van at night. And so our story began. As well as a full raw offering, you can buy pork pies, scotch eggs and, of course, our famous hot sausage rolls.
