Looking for something deliciously different this Valentine’s Day? Join us with your beau for a one-off butchery class for two, tackling the most romantic cut of all – the butter-soft beef fillet – to create your own spectacular Beef Wellington.
Under the guidance of our expert butchers, you’ll enjoy a fun, hands-on class, learning to layer mushroom duxelles, Serrano ham and buttery puff pastry around a stunning centre-cut beef fillet. Each couple will create their own large beef wellington, which you’ll take away to devour together.
The class starts with a butchery demonstration and finishes with a two-course feast with wine, making it the perfect way for a pair of food-lovers to enjoy a memorable Valentine’s Day, all while upping your culinary skills.
