Perfectly seasoned and warmly spiced, our generously-sized lamb merguez sausage rolls are perfect for parties, picnics and buffets. Made with the same exceptional lamb you'll find in our butchery counters, each one weighs a whopping 300g – a feast all by itself.
Sold raw so that you can bake them at home and enjoy them warm...exactly as they should be.
Ginger Pig sausage rolls are a real labour of love; our bakers make the all-butter pastry from scratch while our sausage team meticulously mince and spice the filling. Made fresh six days a week in our bakery and butchery in Bermondsey, London.
Please note: All sausage rolls are sold individually.

Cook from Raw: Egg wash the pastry before popping into a preheated oven at 175C Fan for 35 to 45 mins. The core temperature should be at 75C when they are done cooking.
Reheat: Our sausage rolls can be heated up by popping in the oven at 165C Fan, cover with foil if getting dark, for approximately 30 minutes or simply eaten cold.
If you receive your sausage roll raw, please remove all paper wrapping from your raw sausage rolls and place on a plate in the fridge away from cooked items. This allows air to circulate around it properly, helping to prolong shelf life.

If you receive your sausage roll cooked please store in fridge in their packaging, away from raw food
