The Botterills' 100-Day Chicken, sausage meat for stuffing, gravy, our very own recipe Cranberry & Port Sauce and Bread Sauce whipped up by our Loughton deli team. Also included: a bright, fresh St John's wine ready to pour; one (or two) glass for the chef to sip on while cooking and the rest to enjoy at the table.

ST. JOHN'S PICPOUL DE PINET 2020: 100% Picpoul Citrus - Melon - Bright - Fresh. This 2020 vintage shows classic Picpoul character - citrus and melon with a hint of saltiness from the nearby Mediterranean waters' influence and fresh acidity making this essential drinking.
RED WINE GRAVY: Beef Stock (spring water, beef bones, chicken bones, calves feet, onion, carrot, tomato puree, garlic, thyme, black peppercorns, bay leaves), chicken stock (spring water, chicken bones, onion, carrot, tomato puree, garlic, thyme, black peppercorns, bay leaves), red wine (7%) (red wine, potassium metabisulphite), redcurrant jelly (redcurrants, sugar, pectin, sodium citrate).
THE GINGER PIG CRANBERRY & PORT SAUCE: Fresh cranberries (60%), dark brown sugar, port (sulphites), cinnamon.
TRADITIONAL SAUSAGE MEAT: Lightly seasoned pork sausage meat for those who want a simpler option or want to add their own flavourings.
THE GINGER PIG BREAD SAUCE MIX: A dry mix with herbs and spices included. Simply add 375ml milk and heat on the stove. Instructions are included. Ingredients: panko breadcrumbs (wheat gluten), salt, pepper, onion powder (sulphites), nutmeg, bay, leaf, cloves
