Beef, gravy, our very own recipe horseradish cream whipped up by our Loughton deli team, goose fat for top-notch roast potatoes and a plush, rich St John's wine ready to pour: one glass for the chef's privilege and the rest to enjoy at the table.

ST. JOHN'S ROUGE 2019: 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Syrah, 10% Merlot% Plush, Black Fruits, Soft Tannins, Spice. Rich winde redolent of terroir with a hint of bramble and black fruit with soft tannins. Beautiful with beef, lamb, most all sausages, offal, grouse, even guinea fowl and chicken with richer marinade. Very happy with pretty much anything.
