London Black Bacon
Initially a limited edition collaboration with our friends and Druid Street neighbours Anspach & Hobday . This bacon has proven popular and will be making frequent appearances going forward.
Using the same high welfare pork we sell in our counters. We dry cure the middles for a week before soaking in black treacle and Anspach & Hobday's London Black nitro porter for 3-4 days, followed by another week of drying before cold smoking for 6 hours and a final week of drying.
Contains 6 rashers per packet of bacon.

Keeping some bacon on hand is never a bad idea for adding extra flavour to a dish or a breakfast emergency.
Please remove all paper wrapping from your meat and place it on a plate in the fridge away from cooked items. This allows air to circulate around it properly, helping to prolong shelf life.
Shelf life: 5 days. On arrival please see the labels for use by dates.
Vacuum-packed meat can be put straight in the fridge and has a longer shelf life.
