Since our story began, we have been travelling to Rungis Market in Paris once a week to source the finest French poultry whilst delivering steak to restaurants. Tim made this decision many years ago due to the unparalleled welfare standards in French poultry farms. Established in 1965, Marie Hot was the first Label Rouge brand in France and remains the benchmark for a deliciously flavoured bird. Free to come and go as they please in their forest surroundings, the chickens develop strong muscles (just like our 100 Day Chickens). They are fed on a 100% vegetable and locally grown cereal diet, including corn, alfalfa and soy. This is in addition to the insects and foliage they graze on the land.
