The delicate marbling throughout the shoulder, makes this roast incredibly juicy, as the natural fat bastes the meat as it cooks. Not a quick cut to cook but well worth the wait! Marinate it overnight and then just pop it in the oven and leave it for the day.

Storage Advice

Please remove all paper wrapping from your meat and place it on a plate in the fridge away from cooked items. This allows air to circulate around it properly, helping to prolong shelf life.
