Christmas guide

The annual note from our founder Tim Wilson, cooking guides to turkey sizes, and pricelists through to shop opening times.

This year we've chosen to honour the skill and craft of our dedicated team of butchers, pastry chefs and cooks through a portrait series. We couldn't decide on the one perfect cover - so we're printing 6 perfect covers instead. Hard copies will be in our shops shortly.
