Students receive a hands-on 3.5 hour lesson including a two course meal with wine, and their handiwork (joint or sausages) to take home. We offer pork, beef, lamb, game, poultry and sausage classes. A great evening for those wanting to know more about their meat!

3. Recipe Books

Meat cooking encyclopedias.

The first Ginger Pig book, The Meat Book, gives a great grounding in meat, a tour of all the main cuts and what to look and ask for when buying produce, all set within a year on Grange Farm. The Farmhouse Cook Book takes a more holistic look at rural life and is ideal for anyone wanting to grab a slice of the good life at home.

All of the meaty love, no chance of getting it wrong.

Available in denominations of £10 and redeemable at any of Ginger Pig’s eight London shops.
